














The objective of this document is to provide guidance on how to incorporate a disability lens and effectively involve persons with disabilities in fiscal policy-making and implementation processes (understood as the actions by which States obtain and allocate public resources) to ensure a human rights-based approach to fiscal policy and promote the participation of persons with disabilities in accordance with the provisions of the Principles for Human Rights in Fiscal Policy.03
